The provision of auxiliary educational material is also part of the Federation’s work. One of them is the European Foreign Language Portfolio.
The purpose of the portfolio is to help the student understand how to use the languages they learn and to motivate them to acquire language skills at all levels, while keeping a progress track record at the same time.
All of the above will prove useful when the student applies to a school or when looking for work in their home country or abroad.
The European Language Portfolio is linked to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and complies with a common set of principles and guidelines adopted by the Committee of Ministers of the European Council for the Member States concerning modern languages.
